Do I need to order a 2B-5007 Metal Exterior Vent Frame with my TurboKool unit?

Most of the time, TurboKools are installed over existing standard 14x14 RV roof vents, so you just gut the existing vent & use the existing water sealed frame on the roof as a water dam/seal.

If it's a new install or you're replacing an A/C unit, then you would need to purchase the metal vent frame separately & install & seal it around the 14" x 14" opening in roof.

FYI, the TurboKool unit is made to go on a flat level roof. If your roof is not level or is curved, you would have to make a custom base for the unit to rest on.
